2018 is already well underway and there are lot’s of exciting developments in store for our clients. We continue to strive to attain our goal of ‘making every journey an exceptional experience’ and this year will be no different. It’s our promise to always be on the look out for ways to be refreshingly innovative and to source and develop industry leading solutions.

The corporate travel industry is as always going through significant changes and there is always new technology on the horizon. We are constantly reviewing theses opportunities to provide the best tools to maximise your travel spend, reduce processing costs and speed up reconciliation. After extensive evaluation and testing we will roll them out to our clients throughout the year.

An extensive commitment to training is paramount to delivering on our promises to you and 2018 is no different. Our Leadership Team, Managers, Technology and Service Delivery teams each have focussed programs that will ultimately provide benefits to your travel program and the people involved in booking and travelling.

Your feedback is what helps us develop and improve what we offer you and how it is delivered. We thank you for all the assistance that you have provided over the years and in 2018 we are determined to listen even more. If its of benefit to you – we want to keep it or introduce it.
