Simplicity aids understanding, it allows us to focus on important instead of just the “urgent”, it increases belief and builds confidence. The value of simplicity has been known for centuries, its importance has been understood by the best and the brightest throughout history. Yet we somehow still have a natural tendency to over complicate things.
Here at TravelEdge, we have been focussing on this key aspect in the first 3 months of 2018. We’ve been reviewing our internal processes and systems, how we engage with our customers, and most importantly, understand what you value in our partnership.
We are facing change, and we want to do so from strength, which means proactively, together and with determination. The aim is to enable the best of everyone to come out in their work and in the team.
We have undertaken an intensive leadership and strategic development programme which focuses on 4 key areas;

- Building a culture and capability to Think Differently
- Achieve sustainable high impact execution
- Setting our eyes on the horizon – preparing for the long term
The next step for us in our exciting journey is to cascade these learnings across the wider team.
