A message from the CEO

We understand the importance of a great workplace culture, stats prove that by spending quality time sharing vision, purpose and doing effective training, people stay longer… which is why onboarding new starters at the beginning of someone’s new career is so vital to TravelEdge. Our people also tell us that this is what makes us stand out as an employer of choice. 

As we run these monthly sessions it really brings me back to why I do what I do… it’s all about creating exceptional journeys for our people. 

I get really excited and am so proud as I watch our team grow and develop, both professionally and personally. We all work towards our vision of ‘Making every journey an exceptional experience’ and to see such amazing teamwork really is the differerntiator for me. 

Last month our TravelEdgers organised fundraising activities to support our Farmers. The generosity and kindness of my team really hit home, as they went out of their way to ensure the success of this event for this extremely important cause. You can read more about it here.
