Groups Consultant

The Role :

The primary objective of the position is to manage all corporate groups operations, both domestic and international travel for conferences and incentive travel. You will have the opportunity to run the whole project from quoting to booking to closing the finances. You should be a true professional with a great personality. You will be joining a brilliant team culture and a relaxed team environment.

Major Areas of Accountability :

  • Responding to quotes within given turn around times
  • Book flights and ticket in Amadeus/Tramada Next Gen where required
  • Liaise with airlines and suppliers for all group needs
  • Invoicing of deposit, progress payments and final account to client
  • Manage clients budget for group expense
  • Confirm flight/hotel/ground transfer contracts

The right candidate for this role will have :

  • Corporate Groups proactive consulting excellence
  • Amadeus, Tramada Next Gen and EventsAir (preferred but not required)
  • High service ethic, the extra step with all staff, clients and suppliers
  • Ability to multi task, strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Sound attention to detail and value working as a team
  • Capable of building good relationships
