About the role:
We are seeking experienced Travel consultants who appreciate our customer service principals, share our company values, and can offer a high level of service:
- International & multi skilled
- Previous claimant travel experience
- Be part of this new adventure for our business, and bring your unique style
What you will bring to the role;
- A genuine passion for problem solving and giving awesome customer experiences
- Technical expertise preferred – GDS Amadeus preferred, own ticketing, Tramada Next Gen
- Able to work autonomously;
- Upholding and promoting a caring and approachable manner;
- Multi tasking, attention to detail and excellent time management;
- Capable of building good relationships.
