About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Multi skilled Travel consultant who values our customer service principals and can offer a high level of service to our academics. The destinations and complexity of the itineraries will keep you on your toes and highly engaged!

This is a full time role based on site 
This is an autonomous role, working with a friendly small team on site with our client.
This is a fast paced environment, very high volume and you will need to have a love for this type of role where things can change by the minute!

After Hours Corporate Travel Consultant – Work From Home

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced After Hours / emergency consultant  to assist our clients outside of business hours. If you are a experienced corporate travel consultant and after an opportunity to achieve real work/ life balance, here it is!

This role is part time, based on a 30 or 40 hours per fortnight roster

The role allows you to work from home, looking after an established portfolio of clients travel needs, across various shifts spanning from 6pm to 8am the next morning weekdays, plus weekends and public holidays.

All clients are on one GDS – Amadeus; no switching between GDS systems or different agencies clients.

What you will bring to TravelEdge:

• YOU NEED TO HAVE CORPORATE TRAVEL BOOKING EXPERIENCE; and
Proactive consulting and problem solving experience;.
• Technical expertise in Amadeus, (incl of ticketing) Tramada Next Gen;
• Able to work autonomously;
• Upholding and promoting a caring and approachable manner;
• Multi tasking, attention to detail and excellent time management;
• Teamwork commitment and promotion; and
• Capable of building good relationships

It is essential that you are quality and client driven. You must have a strong eye for detail and give the client every confidence in you in the middle of the night to provide them with whatever is necessary.

Groups Travel Consultant


The Role:

The primary objective of the GROUPS position is to manage all corporate groups operations. This can be both domestic and international travel for conferences as well as incentive travel. This is a great opportunity for a corporate consultant who loves to deliver great service but wants to add a new skill set; or for an experienced group / events consultant who like to move to a great company and team culture.

Group travel is a growing area in our business so lots of opportunity for growth!

Things you will make happen:

  • Responding to quotes within given turn around times
  • Book flights and ticket in Amadeus/Tramada Next Gen where required
  • Liaise with airlines and suppliers for all group needs
  • Invoicing of deposit, progress payments and final account to client
  • Manage clients budget for the group expense
  • Confirm flight/hotel/ground transfer contracts
About you:  
  • A minimum of 2 year travel consultant experience, with a preference for previous group exposure and/or corporate travel group booking
  • Being busy it what makes you excited and excel in your work
  • You pride yourself on exceptional communication skills and customer service
  • You have the ability to prioritise, and problem solve when things are hectic
  • Sound attention to detail and value working as a team
  • Amadeus GDS, Next Gen and EventsPro knowledge preferred
